Template management

• A new "template" section lists templates for CLM presentations and branded emails that local affiliates can use to facilitate the design of their content in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• You can set a presentation or an e-mail as a template: this new option allows you to convert a document into a template that can be reused by countries
• You can also associate a template with one or more products so that your users use the right template for the brands they are dealing with.
• You can now link a product to one or more companies or affiliates (countries).
• A new role "Template Manager" allows a user to convert a document into a template 

Reference management 

• It is now possible to select a single word or line in the middle of text and link it to references. 
• It is also possible to manually change the numbering of references by slide or by presentation.

Add branded slide

• You can now import a branded slide presentation from any existing CLM template in CAM from the Import Slides menu.

🤩 Improvements

Color palette

• Easily access the colors used in the slide from the color palette

Resolutions

• Resize the appearance of the CLM menu to make it more visible for presentations with a resolution higher than 1024x768px

🛠 Fixes

• Fixed problem with missing "delete" option in the list of archived documents. 
• Fixed the problem of appearance of the "Add a localization" popup in the main document creation form page. 
• Fixed problem of previewing the content of a slide that contains a chart, in the slide import menu. 
• Fixed problem with "Access denied" error message when generating an export of a CLM presentation with a "&" in the title.
